Monday

  • Stretch - 5 min.

  • 5 Rounds Each

  • 20 Air Squats

  • 15 Push Ups/ Knee Push Ups if need be

  • Play Catch - Long Toss, 10 sprints

Wednesday

  • Stretch - 5 Min

  • 100 Crunches

  • 100 Bicycle Kicks

  • 5 min of burpees and lunges - alternate 1 min of each for 5 rounds

  • Play Catch - Long Toss, Jog - 10 Min

Friday

  • Stretch - 5 min.

  • On a timer - 1 min - Jumping Air Squats - 5X

  • On a timer - 1 min - Sit ups - 5X

  • 5 min of walking lunges

  • Play Catch - Long Toss, Jog - 10 min.

Please find time to hit off a tee or soft toss, ground balls, fly balls! Continue to work. I know some of you are working everyday and it will show when we start back!
