15 Push Ups/ Knee Push Ups if need be
Play Catch - Long Toss, 10 sprints
Wednesday
Stretch - 5 Min
100 Crunches
100 Bicycle Kicks
5 min of burpees and lunges - alternate 1 min of each for 5 rounds
Play Catch - Long Toss, Jog - 10 Min
Friday
Stretch - 5 min.
On a timer - 1 min - Jumping Air Squats - 5X
On a timer - 1 min - Sit ups - 5X
5 min of walking lunges
Play Catch - Long Toss, Jog - 10 min.
Please find time to hit off a tee or soft toss, ground balls, fly balls! Continue to work. I know some of you are working everyday and it will show when we start back!
